The invention relates to novel aqueous emulsions of a clear synthetic binder containing, a clear synthetic binder comprising a vegetable-origin resin and a petroleum-origin oil, and a latex. The invention also relates to coloured superficial coatings and coloured cold bituminous coated granules obtained from said emulsion such as bituminous grouts, cold-poured coated granules, gravel emulsions, cold bituminous concretes, and particularly cold-poured coated granules.
