SECONDARY BATTERY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME AND ANODE, POSITIVE ELECTRODE, AND ELECTROYTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery capable of improving cycle characteristics.

SOLUTION: The secondary battery includes a positive electrode 21 and a negative electrode 22 as well as an electrolyte, and electrolytic solution is impregnated in a separator 23 installed between the positive electrode 21 and the negative electrode 22. The negative electrode 22 has a negative electrode film 22C containing a fluororesin on a negative electrode active material layer 22B installed on a negative electrode current collector 22A. The fluororesin has a perfluoro-ether bonding having two repeating units (-O-CF2-CF2- and -O-CF2-) as a matrix, and is a compound having carboxyic acid metal base at both terminals. Since chemical stability of the negative electrode 22 is improved, at the time of charge and discharge, lithium ions tend to be easily stored and released in the negative electrode 22 and decomposition reaction of the electrolytic solution is suppressed.
