<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device which establishes a transmission mode of a content for an external apparatus by a simple operation, and transmits the content, and the external apparatus which transmits the content to the portable terminal device following to the setting of the portable terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: When communication between a camera 100 and a PC 200 establishes, a motion variance detection unit 107 of the camera 100 detects the motion variance of the camera 100.
