<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil which is larger in the number of turns and hardly warps or strains although being a thin type. <P>SOLUTION: A primary-side coil includes conductor forming layers 34 and 35 opposed to each other with an insulating substrate interposed therebetween. Conductor patterns 341 to 344 of the conductor forming layer 34 and conductor patterns 351 to 354 of the conductor forming layer 35 are connected alternately by connections 361 to 367 to be united. The conductor patterns 341 to 344 and conductor patterns 351 to 354 are wound in the same direction adjacently to each other, and ends on winding center sides and ends on winding outer peripheral sides are connected to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
