SOLUTION: In the agitated vessel equipped with a high-speed rotary shearing type agitator, a distribution of times of a fluid's passing through the high-speed rotary shearing type agitator in a predetermined agitation time, hereafter referred to as a distribution of times of passing, is calculated on the basis of an acquired distribution of circulation times required for the fluid to pass through the high-speed rotary shearing agitator, hereafter referred to as a distribution of circulation times.
