PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of acquiring a distribution of times of passing in an agitated vessel equipped with a high-speed rotary shearing type agitator and controlling the flowing state of a fluid in the agitated vessel by determining agitating conditions on the basis of the distribution of times of passing. SOLUTION: In the agitated vessel equipped with a high-speed rotary shearing type agitator, a distribution of times of a fluid's passing through the high-speed rotary shearing type agitator in a predetermined agitation time, hereafter referred to as a distribution of times of passing, is calculated on the basis of an acquired distribution of circulation times required for the fluid to pass through the high-speed rotary shearing agitator, hereafter referred to as a distribution of circulation times.
