PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for taking out vapor-deposited aluminum pigment and a method for taking out vapor-deposited aluminum pigment, in which a vapor-deposited aluminum pigment in an amount obtained by a conventional device is obtained while reducing the size of the device and reducing the use amount of a solvent, which reduces the cost, and the pigment is taken out without damaging the brightness of a coating film. SOLUTION: The device for taking out vapor-deposited aluminum pigment includes: a solvent tank 10 housing a solvent Y; a film introducing means 27 sequentially introducing a vapor-deposited aluminum film 3C from one end of the film into the solvent tank 10; a film holding chamber 25 formed in the solvent tank 10 and storing the vapor-deposited aluminum film 3C after introduced in an irregularly folded state for a predetermined time; a film guide means 24A sequentially guiding the base film 3B from which a resin layer is dissolved, from one end of the film into a film winding mechanism 60; and a pigment collecting mechanism 17 disposed below the solvent tank 10 and collecting and taking out the vapor-deposited aluminum 3A as an aluminum pigment released from the base film 3B as the resin layer is dissolved.
