PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-refill writing instrument wherein a refill holder is easily fitted to push-button members and hardly comes off. SOLUTION: In the refill holder 20, a projection 25 protruding from the rear end in the direction of the center axis line L is provided, and in the free end side of the projection 25, a pair of shaft parts 20a having a nearly cylindrical shape protruding in a direction roughly orthogonal to the center axis line L is provided. In the meantime, in the front end side of the push-button members 6, a slit 30 into which the projection 25 of the refill holder 20 is inserted is formed, and in the wall face 30a having the slit 30, a bearing hole 6a in which a shaft 20a is inserted is formed. Further, the shaft part 20a is provided with a semi-circular tapered face 26 in which a nearly half of the column top is obliquely cut off and a non-slope 27 which is adjacent to the tapered face 26 with the diameter as a boundary and which forms the remaining half of the column top.
