<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and well store a locking/unlocking device for locking or unlocking the rotation of a transmission frame supporting a working portion at a forward-moving work position and a rearward-moving work position in a farm implement capable of offset works. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the farm implement 1 having the transmission frame 51 which is connected to a front frame 13 having a mounting portion 10 to be mounted on a traveling machine 100 through a plurality of link members 41, 42 and supporting the working portion 50, and can freely rotates between the forward-moving work position and the rearward-moving work position, the locking/unlocking device 80 includes: a portion 81 to be engaged, projected from the transmission frame 51; a forward movement side engaging member 82 and a rearward movement side engaging member 83 that are rotatably disposed at positions corresponding to the portion 81 to be engaged of a rear frame 45, when the working portion 50 is placed at the forward-moving work position and the rearward-moving work position, and can be engaged with the portion 81 to be engaged; and a unlocking member 85 for unlocking an engaged state of the forward movement side engaging member 82 and the rearward movement side engaging member 83 with the portion 81 to be engaged.
