摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel substrate of tyrosine phosphatase SHP2, a method of screening a substance that causes the enzymatic activity of SHP2 to vary, using the substrate, and a novel inhibitory agent with respect to SHP2. SOLUTION: A partial peptide containing phosphorylated tyrosine constituting the family molecule of a tyrosinekinase receptor Eph can act as a substrate in the enzymological reaction of SHP2. The present invention is based on the newly found screening method wherein a peptide comprising the phosphorylated tyrosine is employed, for screening a substance that causes the enzymatic activity of SHP2 to vary. The present invention is also based on the finding that a peptide having tyrosine modified with a compound other than phosphoric acid, which tyrosine is contained in the partial peptide thereof and constitutes the family molecule of Eph, has an inhibitory action on the enzymatic activity of SHP2.
