PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus can prevent an influence of an afterimage on data for offset correction in automatically updating the data for offset correction. SOLUTION: The radiographic apparatus includes a radiation source, a radiation detector, an offset correcting means for offset-correcting the radiation image using the data for offset correction generated from a dark image of the radiation detector, and an offset correction data updating means for updating the data for offset correction by using the dark image obgained at prescribed timing. The radiographic apparatus further includes an afterimage determining means for determining whether an afterimage caused by the last exposure is left in the dark image or not. The afterimage determining means determines whether the afterimage is present or not in the dark image obtained for updating the data for offset correction. If it is determined by the afterimage determining means that the afterimage is not present in the dark image, the offset correction data updating means updates the data for offset correction.
