METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTINUOUSLY MONITORING TEST WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously monitor a concentration of the infinitesimal quantity of a to-be-analyzed material in test water at the high accuracy. SOLUTION: A method includes: the condensation process for separating the test water into concentrated water and permeated water by processing the test water using a reverse osmosis membrane separator 5; the return process for returning a portion of the concentrated water from the condensation process to the upstream of the reverse osmosis membrane separator 5; the analysis process for measuring the concentration of the to-be-analyzed material in the residual concentrated water using a measurement apparatus 10; the calculation process for calculating the concentration of the to-be-analyzed material in the test water from an analysis result of the analysis process; the test water direct measurement process for introducing the test water into the measurement apparatus 10, and directly measuring the concentration of the to-be-analyzed material; and the correction process for correcting a calculated value of the concentration of the to-be-analyzed material by a blank value measured in the direct measurement process.
