<p>Provided is a method for detecting a functional mold whereby a functional mold Coprinus curtus in a sample is detected by using at least one polynucleotide selected from the group consisting of polynucleotides having the base sequences represented by SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2, SEQ ID NO:3 and SEQ ID NO:4, polynucleotides having base sequences being complementary thereto and polynucleotides having base sequences being substantially homologous therewith. Also provided is a method for evaluating a functional mold-containing product whereby the presence or concentration of the functional mold Coprinus curtus in the functional mold-containing product is evaluated.</p> |
