<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device achieving higher output and efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device 100 includes: a light source substrate 110 having a plurality of light emitting porions 160a, 160b; and a condensing substrate 120 having a plurality of condensing portions 121a, 121b. The plurality of condensing portions 121a, 121b are arranged for condensing lights emitted from the plurality of light emitting portions 160a, 160b, respectively. The light source substrate 110 and the condensing substrate 120 are bonded adjacent to each other. The light source substrate 110 and the condensing substrate 120 are aligned to each other with high accuracy, whereby the plurality of light emitting portions 160a, 160b and the plurality of condensing portions 121a, 121b are aligned to each other in a lump with high accuracy, respectively. The intensity distribution of the lights emitted from the plurality of light emitting portions 160a, 160b are adjusted by the plurality of condensing portions 121a, 121b to improve utilization efficiency of light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
