摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting film for a liquid crystal display device, by which reflected light is collected to prevent the reflected light from being returned to a light source so that the light quantity to be arrived at the display surface is not decreased in the liquid crystal display device, and a high luminance can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The reflecting film for the liquid crystal display device includes a white film and a transparent particle layer which is formed on the white film and including a transparent particle and a binder with which the transparent particle is covered. The transparent particle layer contains 2-30 transparent particles having 5-100 &mu;m particle size in the direction perpendicular to the film surface between the surface of the white film and the surface of the transparent particle layer. The thickness of the binder, with which the transparent particle on the outermost surface of the transparent particle layer is covered, is 0.01-5 &mu;m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
