PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user in an operation procedure display device displaying moving pictures showing operation procedures of electronic equipment.

SOLUTION: An operation procedure image is constituted of a plurality of successive partial procedure images and each partial procedure image is constituted of a plurality of successive static images. The plurality of static images constituting each partial procedure image are sequentially displayed to dynamically display the partial procedure image and the respective partial procedure images are sequentially displayed to display the operation procedure image. When a "BEFORE" button to input an instruction to display a partial procedure image directly before a partial procedure image which is being displayed is operated, dynamic display of the partial procedure image directly before the being displayed partial procedure image is started. When a "NEXT" button to instruct to display a partial procedure image directly after the being displayed partial procedure image is operated, dynamic display of the partial procedure image directly after the being displayed partial procedure image is started.
