<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fatigue composition which exhibits an anti-fatigue effect, includes a newly found combination of a food raw material with a fermentative fungus, and expands a new utilization field of a fermented food. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-fatigue composition includes a soybean embryo bud fermentation product using Aspergillus oryzae, and an anti-fatigue food containing the composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
