<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intercept communication without depending on configuration of an access network. <P>SOLUTION: A communication monitoring system 1 is provided with: a gateway 20; a CSCF (Call Session Control Function) 30; a monitoring device 10; and an MG (Media Gateway) 50. The CSCF 30 is provided with: a storage part 31 which stores a monitoring object person information; a determination part 33 which determines whether or not at least one identifier of user identifiers of a caller, and a receiver included in a control signal to be transmitted in order to establish a communication path between communication terminals M matches with the monitoring object person information; and a path setting part 34 which sets a communication path via the MG 50 when it is determined that at least one identifier matches with the monitoring object person information, and sets a communication path without passing through the MG 50 when it is determined that no identifier matches with the monitoring object person information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
