<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture appliance for a living body, can suture the gastric wall and the abdominal wall more easily than by a conventional suturing method in the endoscopic gastrostomy. <P>SOLUTION: The suture appliance includes two puncture needles into which a suture thread can be inserted; a holder part for holding the two puncture needles parallel with a prescribed distance in-between; two suture threads of 2-2.5 m in length, whose distal ends are inserted into the respective puncture needles; and a storage part for storing the two suture threads in such a way as can be stored/taken out.
