<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab capable of attaining suppression of narrowing of a space in the cab by enhancing bending strength of a rear beam itself while suppressing increase of weight, and a movement type construction machine provided with the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rear beam 25 includes a first beam 25a having both right and left end parts welded to right and left rear struts 22, 23 respectively; and a second beam 25b welded to a front surface of the first beam 25a along a left/right direction. The second beam 25b is welded to the first beam 25a such that an upper end part of the second beam 25b becomes upper than an upper end part of the first beam 25a and a lower end part of the second beam 25b becomes upper than a lower end part of the first beam 25a.
