<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move the lubricating oil of a rotor frame to an intake rotation valve frame without making the oil splashed out due to the rotation of a rotor as the intake rotation valve frame 31 and a rotor frame front 17 cross at an projected corner, and to move lubricating oil in an exhaust gas rotation valve frame to a rotor frame back 59 without making the oil splashed out due to the rotation of the exhaust gas rotation valve as the exhaust gas rotation valve frame 45 and the rotor frame back cross at an projected corner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The intake rotation valve frame is provided at a position slightly inside from the projected corner 100 of the rotor frame front at a crossing part of the intake rotation valve frame and the rotor frame front and an oil path 70 as a bypass is provided for the rotor frame front. An oil path 71 as a bypass is formed for the rotor frame back and the exhaust gas rotation valve frame at a position slightly inside from the exhaust gas rotation valve projected corner 200 of a cross of the rotor frame back and the exhaust gas rotation valve frame.
