<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver of an optical instrument, that can simply assemble the driving elements connected with wiring, and also provide a lens barrel and an imaging device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Move of the shutter drive element 76 is regulated by forming a sway stopper 76d and an opposite backlash stopper 78e around the positioning axis 76c. Similarly, move of the ND filter drive element 77 is regulated by forming a sway stopper 77d and an opposite backlash stopper 78f around the positioning axis 77c. The shutter drive element 76 and the ND filter drive element 77 are assembled into a holder unit 79 together with the holder 78 in the state connected with a flexible printed circuit board 73.
