<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester fiber of high moist heat resistance good in yarn quality performance including mechanical strength and extensibility, capable of keeping its own high moist heat resistance performance over a long period, and producible in high operability, and good in surface smoothness as well.
