PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an air layer from forming by bringing a seal member of a cap into close contact with a panel part without clearance. SOLUTION: In the cap 1 having the panel part 6 in which discharging holes 5 for a content are formed, a locking part 7 which is connected with the peripheral edge part of the panel part 6 and is locked on an opening part of a container 2, and the easily releasable seal member 4 for sealing the discharging holes 5, the panel part 6 is formed so that the central part is projected more upward than the peripheral edge part. It is possible thereby that when the seal member 4 is stuck on the panel part 6, as the seal member 4 is pressed successively on the panel part 6 from the central part of the panel part 6 to be able to push out the air present between the panel part 6 and the seal member 4 from the central part of the panel part 6 to the peripheral edge part, the air layer is prevented from being formed between the panel part 6 and the seal member 4.
