PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for a silicone rubber satisfactorily adheres to a silicone rubber and having excellent shelf stability. SOLUTION: The adhesive for the silicone rubber includes (A) an organopolysiloxane having two or more alkenyl groups each bonded to a silicon atom on the average in one molecule and having 0.05 to 1,000 Pa s viscosity at 23°C: 100 pts.mass, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having two or more hydrogen atoms each bonded to a silicon atom on the average in one molecule and having 0.001 to 100 Pa s viscosity at 23°C: such an amount that a molar ratio of the hydrogen atoms bonded to the silicon atoms in this component to the alkenyl groups connected to the silicon atoms of the component (A) is 0.01 to 20, (C) calcium carbonate whose surface is modified by using a fatty acid ester: 1 to 100 pts.mass, and (D) a platinum group metal based catalyst: an effective amount.
