<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, a server, an information receiving method, an information distribution method, a program and a storage medium, capable of reflecting a request from an MFP on information distribution by a server. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 100 receives distribution information 57 from a server 200 which distributes distribution information to equipment 100 according to a sequence registered in a list 52. The apparatus includes a redistribution request means 55 for, when detecting the failure of reception of the distribution information after the distribution of the distribution information, requesting the redistribution of the distribution information 57 to the server 200 regardless of the sequence of the image forming apparatus 100 or whether it is registered in the list 52.
