<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating panel structure for an outside lining being used for an outer wall for a general house and forming a heat-insulating layer by interrupting a high outside air temperature in summer and preventing cold in winter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The heat-insulating panel structure A consists of a panel body 1 and heat-insulating material bodies 2. In the heat-insulating panel structure A, the heat-insulating material bodies 2 are juxtaposed on the panel body 1 at intervals while heat-insulating spacers 3 burying spaces among the adjacent heat-insulating material bodies 2 are fitted on the side sections of the heat-insulating material bodies 2 in a bendable manner.
