PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) for generating a high-accuracy analog output level even with a parasitic capacity. SOLUTION: A DAC includes: low-order and high-order capacitor groups (C0 to CL, CL+1 to CM), each having a capacitance value weighted in a binary ratio and being connected in parallel to common terminals; a coupling capacitor (Cc) provided between low-order and high-order common terminals (Vxl, Vx); and switch groups (SWg) provided at terminals of the low-order and high-order capacitor groups which are opposite to the low-order and high-order common terminals and of which conduction/non-conduction is controlled in accordance with digital input signals (ϕcm,ϕcl) and at the low-order common terminal, an adjusting capacitor (Cadj) is further provided of which the capacitance value is variably adjusted.
