摘要 The present invention relates to a method for detecting a trace of a target material by mixing a linker and a spacer in a proper ratio in a carbon nanotube-based biosensor and then immobilizing the mixture on the surface of the carbon nanotube. Since the method can detect a specific material on a femtomol level, detection limits of conventional carbon nanotube transistor sensors can be substantially lowered, so a trace of a target material can be detected. Therefore, the method can be used as an innovative analysis method used in a medical sensor for disease diagnosis or an environmental sensor.
