External releasing spear has assembled body in lower part of which inner conical surface is arranged, and with possibility of axial displacement spring-supported holder bushing is installed, of ring type, with respective outer conical surface and inner threading, in the upper part of the body ball release unit is placed, this consists of lock shell in radial openings of which on parallel planes ball-stoppers are installed, locking clutch, thrust spring and dog, and pin release unit, this consists of support pin, prominent ledge with long slot and support. In the upper part of the holder bushing outer connection threading is provided. Inner surface of the lower part of the body has two conical sections with different angles of conicity and section with cylindrical surface. At the section of surface with back conicity angle cutters are soldered in, with superhard teeth, and on cylindrical surface connection threading is provided.
