<p>A technique for reducing the overall length of a device formed by combining a gear power transmitting device and a motor. A gear power transmitting device is provided with a crankshaft for eccentrically rotating either an internally toothed gear or an externally toothed gear, a first gear fixed to one end of the crankshaft, a ring gear having inner teeth meshed with the first gear, a relay gear meshed with outer teeth of the ring gear, and a second gear fixed to one end of an output shaft of the motor and meshed with the relay gear. The motor and the crankshaft are located on the same side as the relay gear with respect to the axis of the gear power transmitting device.</p> |
