The pistol has an element (23) on a central clamping slide (6) on its upper side. The element has sprockets (25) with smaller space to each other at ends of a proximal side. The sprockets engage into inclined surfaces that are arranged in the side of the slide during a clamping process. The element is flexibly moved after the engagement into the surfaces for a cannula slide (3) and a needle slide (4). The clamping slide unhinderedly passes other inclined surfaces. One of the surfaces of the cannula slide is arranged away from the other surface of the needle slide in a longitudinal axis.
