<p>PURPOSE: A semi-dry crusher for a reaction tower is provided to extend the lifetime of a rotation shaft, supporting cover, and bearing, thereby reducing equipment replacement expenses. CONSTITUTION: A semi-dry crusher for a reaction tower comprises: a crusher body(1); a supporting cover(10A,10B) equipped with a housing(11), which is arranged on both sides of the crusher body; two rotation shafts(20); a cover(30); a plurality of bearings(40) which are inserted into an insertion groove of the cover to prevent rubbing of the rotation shafts; an asbestos ring(50) which is closely attached to the one side of the cover; a pair of crushing blades(60); a sprocket(70) which is mounted on the end of the supporting cover; a gear(80) engaged with the end of the rotation shaft; and a drive motor connected to the sprocket to deliver the rotation power to the rotation shaft.</p> |
