<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which does not cause gelation even when aluminum powders and a photosensitive component are mixed, and which enables to form an inexpensive, high-definition and low-resistance pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The material is a photosensitive paste composition comprising aluminum powder (A), glass powders (B) which contain 10-50 wt.% of oxide of a metal having a standard electrode potential lower than that of aluminum and have a softening point of 350-700°C, an alkali-soluble resin (C), a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (D), and a photopolymerization initiator (E). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
