PURPOSE: An amine-cured silicone composition is provided to ensure resistance to hydrocarbon fluid and severe environment condition and to be used as a sealant resistant to transmission fluid the exposure at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an amine-cured silicone composition for providing seal on the surface in the presence of synthetic hydrocarbon fluid comprises the steps of: mixing a dihydroxy-terminated silicone polymer with an amine-cured crosslinking binder in an inert atmosphere using an effective amount for obtaining the amine-cured silicone composition to form a mixture; adding a filler to the mixture in an effective amount for obtaining the amine-cured silicone composition, and mixing them to form a uniform paste which does not contain a plasticizer; and cooling the paste to a room temperature to obtain an amine-cured silicone composition.
