PURPOSE: A wire-feeder for a welding machine with a flow-meter unit is provided to easily control a flow rate, and to effectively prevent unnecessary gas leak. CONSTITUTION: A wire-feeder for a welding machine with a flow-meter unit comprises a main body frame, a solenoid valve, and a control box. A flow-meter unit(200) is arranged in the control box. The flow-meter unit comprises a metal flow-meter block(210), an inner pipe(220), an outer pipe(240), a fastening ring, and a needle valve(260). The metal flow-meter block has an inlet bore(211), an orifice(212), a valve bore(213), an outlet bore(214), a gas circulation space(215), a gas inlet(216), a gas outlet(217), and a pipe coupling unit(218). A sphere body(230) is arranged inside of the inner pipe, and the outer pipe is installed in the top end of the pipe coupling unit. The fastening ring is coupled to the outer surface of the pipe coupling unit of the flow-meter block.
