PURPOSE: A stand equipped with the magnifying glass is provided to improve the work efficiency by proceeding the function of magnifying document without the separate equipment. CONSTITUTION: A head(10) comprises a body having a fitting groove, aspherical multi-focusing magnifying glass(13) inserted into the fitting groove, and first circuit substrate installed at both edge part of the body. The head comprises a first transparent crystal(16) which is combined with the body in order to cover first light emitting diodes and a plurality of first light emitting diodes. One end of the support stand(30) is combined with the head to be rotatable. The supporting board(50) comprises a main body(51), a power switch, a power supply unit, a stabilizer, and a plate(52) expanded from the main body.
