<p>PURPOSE: A luminescence display panel and a method of manufacture thereof are provided to perform high temperature process without considering the organic layer. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is formed on the lower plate(101). The first electrode(122) is connected to the drain electrode of the thin film transistor. The organic layer(126) including the light-emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode(128) of the thin film type is formed on the organic layer. The auxiliary electrode(136) is connected to the second electrode. The auxiliary electrode is formed on the upper plate(130). The red, green, and blue color filter(132) are formed on the upper plate for color embodying. The second electrode is formed on the organic layer into the thickness of 10~500Å.</p> |
