PURPOSE: A patterned transparent electrode and a solar cell using the same are provided to efficiently light by increasing the surface and a light absorption layer and reducing scattering of the light. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode comprises a pattern with thickness of 100 - 350nm. In case the thickness of the transparent electrode is 100 - 200nm, the thickness of the transparent electrode is within 10 - 50% of the electrode thickness. In case the thickness of the transparent electrode is 200 - 350nm, the thickness of the transparent electrode is with 20 - 50% of the electrode thickness. The transparent electrode increases the surface area and optical absorption rate of the electrode by forming the transparent electrode. |
