The adjustable suspension and guiding device of a sliding door 5 comprises a support body 1 having two P.V.C., nylon &c. rollers 2 in the same plane and at the same height arranged to run on P.V.C. nylon &c. track 4, the lower part of the support 1 ending in a vertical plate 1b containing an eccentric rotatably accommodated in a bore 3 and equally distant from the rollers 2, these latter, the eccentric and the plate 1b being disposed in a common vertical plane, and the upper section of the door 5 having a slit in its upper edge to receive the plate 1b which has also a bore to receive a cam 9 of the eccentric whilst the weight of the door is taken by the top of the eccentric which transfers it to the plate 1b through the cam 9 and hence equally to the rollers 2, and vertical adjustment of the d is obtained by rotation of the eccentric in the bore 3.
