PURPOSE: A vacuum cleaner is provided to install a dust collecting container in a cleaner main body, and to conveniently fix the dust collecting container at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cleaner comprises a cleaner main body and a dust collecting container. The cleaner main body forms an exterior. The dust collecting container is detachably installed in the cleaner main body, and has a hook unit(21). The cleaner main body has a clamp. The clamp is turned toward the hook unit when the dust collecting container is installed.
