MANUFACTURE METHOD OF FERRITE

PURPOSE: A ferrite manufacturing method is provided to reduce the investment loss and dielectric loss of ferrite by mixing the aluminium oxide with the hybrid formed into Ba3Co2Fe24O41. CONSTITUTION: Mixture of the liquid is formed(S10). The mixture of the liquid is metalized(S20). The metallization process of the liquid mixture uses the coprecipitation method. The washing and drying procedure of the coprecipitated mixture is operated(S30). The washing and drying procedure comprise a process of washing the slurry of the metalized mixture using distilled water. The mixture is heat-treated after the washing and drying procedure(S40). The thermal processing comprises the first thermal processing step(S41) and the second thermal processing step(S42). Additive is added to the mixture firstly heat-treated(S50).
