<p>PURPOSE: A thermosetting composition for a protective film of a color filter is provided to ensure excellent adhesive strength, transparency, heat resistance, acid-resistant, and alkali resistant resistance and to enable cure at a low temperature during atof 200°C or less. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting resin composition comprises: (A) a self-curable copolymer including chemical formulae 1, 2, 3, and 4 as a repeating unit; (B) an epoxy resin; (C) an amine-based nucleophilic catalyst; and (D) an organic solvent. In chemical formula 1, R1-R5 are independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group halogen atom and a haloalkyl group; n is an integer of 1-10; and a is 5-80 mol%.</p> |
