PURPOSE: An optical film, a manufacturing method thereof, an anti-glare film, and a polarizer with an optical layer, and a display device are provided to improve the white brightness of a contrast by forming a concavo-convex part with an adjusted angle element on a surface. CONSTITUTION: An antiglare film(1) includes a base unit(11) and an optical layer(12) formed on the base unit. The optical layer includes a corpuscle(13). A concavo-convex part is formed on the surface of the corpuscle. The concavo-convex part is formed by hardening the paint after coating the paint with the corpuscle and the resin on the base unit. The corpuscle is densely or sparsely distributed according to the region. The average particle diameter of the corpuscle is between 2.4 and 8 um. The average thickness of the optical layer is between 6.4 to 18 um.
