摘要 PURPOSE: A stress-reduced girder, a manufacturing method and an apparatus thereof, and a bridge construction method using the same are provided to remove compressive force added in a composite process of a girder. CONSTITUTION: A stress-reduced girder comprises an I-shaped steel bar(100), an upper reinforcing concrete(120), and a lower reinforcing concrete(110). The I-shaped steel bar has an upper and lower flange. The upper reinforcing concrete surrounds the outside of the upper flange to embed the upper flange. The upper reinforcing concrete is integrated with the upper flange. The lower reinforcing concrete surrounds the outside of the lower flange to embed the lower flange.
