PURPOSE: A heating and cooling device for a mat and a boiler is provided to be selectively used for the mat and the boiler regardless of season using one heating and cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A heating and cooling device for a mat and a boiler comprises a cooling and heating controller(100). The cooling and heating controller selectively controls cold water or hot water. The cooling and heating controller comprises cooling and heating switches(10,12), a temperature control switch(14), a controller(16), a heating unit(18), a cooling unit(20), and a pump(22). The cooling and heating switches supply a switching signal to the controller. When cooling or the heating switch is turned on, the temperature control switch controls the temperature of the hot water or cold water. The controller outputs a control signal corresponding to the switching signal. The pump supplies or circulates the water to the heating unit and the cooling unit according to the control signal. |
