PURPOSE: A reflective type liquid crystal display device, an array substrate and a fabrication method thereof are provided to prevent the degradation of image quality caused by luminance and color difference by securing uniform cell gap in whole area. CONSTITUTION: A second storage wiring(150b) is a first electrode. A pixel electrode(175) is connected to a second drain electrode(134b). The second drain electrode and a pixel electrode are the second electrode. The gate insulating layer is interposed in the space overlapped of the first electrode and the second electrode. A storage capacitor is formed by the first and second electrodes and the gate insulating layer.
