PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a ceramic tube for a ceramic tube heater is provided to prevent glare or blind by showing the proper illuminance in the heated state. CONSTITUTION: A pulverized body is formed by shattering the terra alba, sericite mineral, and silica(S100). Mixture is formed by mixing the sericite pulverized body, the terra alba pulverized body, and silica powder(S102). The dough is formed by mixing the water for kneading with mixture(S104). A molding product is formed into the tubular shape of the length by pressurizing the dough(S106). The residual moisture of the inside evaporates by heating the molding product firstly at the relatively low temperature(S108). The molding product is formed into ceramic by heating the molding product secondly at the relatively high temperature(S110). |
