METHOD FOR INTERFERENCE AVOIDANCE IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for protecting interference of the base station at a mobile communication system is provided to improve the service quality of user located in the cell boundary and to increase the efficiency of transmission by reducing the interference between neighboring base stations. CONSTITUTION: A neighboring interference base station detects preamble and pilot signal of the other base stations before transmitting the downlink signal during the early stage setting process, the preamble and pilot signal are compared with the critical value and detected(S101). If the neighboring interference base station is detected, the common part band is set up as the interfere evasion band(S102). The intra channel of the interfere evasion band is allocated based on SINR(Signal-to-Interference and Noise Ratio) for each sub channel in the cell boundary mobile station(S104).
