PURPOSE: A marine structure which is safe against wind and waves is provided to connect housings to be safe against wind and waves and obtain a safe route between the housings by including the floating housings. CONSTITUTION: A connection plate(30) is connected to a first and a second housings(10,20) by a hinge, rotates on the first and the second housings, and forms a route between the first and the second housing. Vertical guard rail bars(40) are arranged in a row on the both edges of the connection plate and are connected to the connection plate by the hinge. A horizontal guard rail bar(50) connects the first handrail horizontal bar and the fixed bar. A variable unit(70) is formed on the connection plate and the first handrail horizontal bar and varies the length of the first handrail horizontal bar and the connection plate.
