PURPOSE: A resin composition for a standard garbage bag is provided to prevent the damages of an envelope caused by mechanical properties while satisfying mechanical properties and physical strength required for a standard garbage bag. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for a standard garbage bag with an animal-unwelcome effect comprises at least one resin selected from high density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, and calcium carbonate-containing high density polyethylene, and 3~8 weight% master batch based on the resin composition. The master batch comprises 3~10 weight% pyroligneous liquor, 3~10 weight% castor oil, 6~12 weight% capsaicin, and 1~10 weight% aromatic component.
